A campaign module in a multimedia call center (MMCC) has programmable dynamic campaign module (DCM 349) for facilitating and monitoring outbound campaigns. The DCM comprises an interaction-level monitoring function (367) for monitoring interaction level of the MMCC according to programmed criteria, and comparing the real-time level with preset threshold, a search and retrieve function (363) for searching a data repository storing records of interactions and retrieving interaction data for specific interactions according to programmed criteria, a scripting function for selecting agents of the MMCC for participating in a campaign, and for preparing task lists for said agents; and an initiation function for initiating in a campaign and distributing the task lists to the selected agents. During times of interaction level above the preset threshold the DCM searches the data repository, retrieves data, and prepares agent and task lists for a campaign, and when the interaction level falls below the preset threshold, the DCM launches and distributes task lists to agents selected for a campaign.
Un module de campagne d'un centre de communication multimédia (MMCC) comporte un module de campagne dynamique, programmable (DCM 349), conçu pour faciliter et contrôler des campagnes d'appels sortants. Le module DCM comporte une fonction de contrôle des niveaux d'interaction (367) permettant de contrôler le niveau d'interaction du centre MMCC en fonction de critères programmés, et de comparer le niveau temps-réel à un seuil préétabli; une fonction de recherche documentaire (363) permettant de rechercher des enregistrements d'un dépôt de données, relatifs aux interactions, et d'extraire des données d'interaction pour des interactions spécifiques en accord avec les critères programmés; une fonction de définition d'un scénario permettant de sélectionner des agents du centre MMCC pour les faire participer à la campagne, et de préparer des listes de tâches pour les agents sélectionnés. Au cours des périodes de niveau d'interaction supérieur au seuil prédéfini, le module DCM effectue des recherches dans le dépôt de données, extrait des données, et prépare les listes d'agents et de tâches pour une campagne, et lorsque le niveau d'interaction passe en dessous du seuil prédéfini, le module DCM met en circulation et distribue les listes de tâches aux agents sélectionnés pour une campagne.
