ABSTRACT An apparatus for establishing a mixture of known volumetric pro- perties. The apparatus includes first and second inlets for connection to sources of the first and second components to be mixed and a first outlet for discharge of effluent and a second outlet for discharge of the mixture. The apparatus includes a motor driven rotary mixing valve having a plurality of openings which are sequentially connected to the first and second inlets upon rotation of the valve to produce the desired mixture.
