The present invention relates to a method for dispensing a volume of fluids from a reservoir, through a fluid outlet in fluid communication with said reservoir, into each well of at least a series of wells, whereby the method comprises a dispensing mode and a non-dispensing mode, whereby the fluid is dispensed into said series of wells at a continuous uninterrupted flow. The invention further relates to a micro titer plate constructed from a hydrophobic and more in particular from a plastic material containing a plurality of series of wells and to an apparatus able to perform the above method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de distribuer un volume de liquide à partir d'un réservoir, via une sortie de liquide en communication fluidique avec ledit réservoir, à chaque puits faisant partie d'au moins une série de puits, le procédé faisant intervenir un mode distribution et un mode non-distribution, le liquide étant distribué à ladite série de puits sous forme de flux continu. Cette invention concerne également une plaque à microtitration réalisée à partir d'un matériau hydrophobe, et plus particulièrement d'un matériau plastique, contenant une pluralité de puits, ainsi qu'un appareil permettant de mettre en oeuvre le procédé mentionné ci-dessus.
