An apparatus and method for transmitting electronic mail from a sender to a plurality of recipients is provided by use of software application that allows a sender to designate a recipient as one of several categories. A first category is a primary recipient of the electronic mail and is to receive both a text message and an attached file. A second category is a secondary recipient of the electronic mail and is to receive both a text message and the attached file. A third category is a tertiary recipient of the electronic mail and is to receive a text message without the attached file.
Cette invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant à un expéditeur d'adresser un message électronique à une pluralité de destinataires grâce à un logiciel qui lui permet de ranger un destinataire dans l'une de plusieurs catégories. Une première catégorie s'applique à un destinataire primaire qui reçoit un courrier électronique composé à la fois d'un message écrit et d'un fichier en annexe. Une deuxième catégorie concerne un destinataire secondaire qui reçoit un courrier électronique composé également du message écrit et du fichier en annexe. Enfin, une troisième catégorie concerne un destinataire tertiaire qui reçoit un courrier électronique sous forme du texte écrit, mais sans le fichier annexe.
