A treatment agent delivery system (1) which includes: (i) at least one distribution surface (4) adapted to be located in close proximity to an insect travel route (2) and (ii) a spray delivery system including a nozzle (4), electronic controls (8) and a battery (9), with the spray delivery system adapted to spray at least one treatment agent onto said distribution surface (4).
