A method for allowing a calling party to leave a message for a called party. The method comprises: receiving a command provided by the calling party and indicative of a desire of the calling party to leave a message for the called party; obtaining message destination information associated with the called party; receiving a voice message provided by the calling party; generating an electronic message representative of the voice message; and causing transmission of the electronic message based on the message destination information. An apparatus for implementing the method is also provided.
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant à un appelant de laisser un message à un appelé. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : recevoir une commande fournie par l'appelant et indiquant un souhait de l'appelant de laisser un message l'appelé; obtenir les informations de destination du message associées à l'appelé; recevoir un message vocal fourni par l'appelant; générer un message électronique représentatif du message vocal; et provoquer la transmission du message électronique à partir des informations de destination du message. La présente invention concerne également un appareil pour mettre en uvre le procédé.
