The invention concerns a method for transferring fluid (2) from at least one initial compartment (4) towards a final receiving compartment (6) via at least one transfer flow path (9 and 10), the transfer being carried out by the action of a centrifugal force, the method consisting in: performing a first centrifuging operation, said to be primary, for transferring the fluid (2) from its initial compartment (4) towards an intermediate compartment (5), via a primary transfer flow path (9); and performing at least a second centrifuging operation, said to be secondary, whereof the axis of centrifugation (8) is different from that (7) of the first centrifuging operation, to transfer the fluid (2) from the intermediate compartment (5) towards the final receiving compartment (6), via a secondary transfer flow path (10). The invention is particularly applicable to microfluidic devices used in biology. The invention also concerns an apparatus (1) for implementing said method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de transfert d'un fluide (2) depuis au moins un compartiment de départ (4) vers au moins un compartiment d'arrivée (6), via au moins un canal de transfert (9 et 10), le transfert s'effectuant sous l'action de la force centrifuge, le procédé consiste à: effectuer une première centrifugation, dite primaire, pour transférer le fluide (2) de son compartiment de départ (4) vers un compartiment intermédiaire (5), via un canal de transfert primaire (9), et effectuer au moins une seconde centrifugation, dite secondaire, dont l'axe de centrifugation (8) est différent de celui (7) de la première centrifugation, pour transférer le fluide (2) du compartiment intermédiaire (5) vers le compartiment d'arrivée (6), via un canal de transfert secondaire (10). L'invention concerne également un appareil (1) pour mettre en oeuvre un tel procédé. L'invention trouve une application préférentielle dans le domaine de la microfluidique appliquée à la biologie.
