A method and apparatus for blocking messages containing pre-selected data is described. In one embodiment, the method includes determining that a message transmitted to a recipient via a network includes pre-selected data. The pre- selected data contains information from at least one random row within the tabular structure of source data. The method further includes preventing an unauthorized transmission of the pre-selected data to the recipient.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de bloquer des messages contenant des données présélectionnées. Dans un mode de réalisation, ce procédé consiste à déterminer si un message transmis à un destinataire via un réseau comprend des données présélectionnées. Ces dernières renferment des informations provenant d'au moins une rangée aléatoire à l'intérieur de la structure tabulaire des données sources. Ledit procédé consiste, également, à prévenir une transmission non autorisée des données présélectionnées au destinataire.
