Described is a method as well as an apparatus for incineration of combustible waste during the manufacture of cement clinker by which method the waste is introduced via a waste inlet (11) and supported on a supporting surface (21) incorporated in a separate compartment (9), where the waste being actively transported, while simultaneously subjected to incineration, through the compartment to its outlet (23), where the hot exhaust gases produced in connection with the incineration of the waste being vented to the preheater system for heating the cement raw meal, and where the slag generated during the waste incineration process being extracted from the compartment (9). The method and the apparatus are peculiar in that exhaust gases containing NOx are introduced to the compartment (9).
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour l'incinération de déchets combustibles durant la fabrication de clinker. La farine crue est préchauffée dans un système de préchauffage (1) avec ou sans calcinateur (3), brûlée en clinker dans un four (5) et refroidie dans un refroidisseur de clinker (7). On introduit les déchets dans une admission (11) et ces déchets sont soutenus par une surface support (21) incorporée à un compartiment séparé (9), ce qui permet de les transporter activement et de les soumettre simultanément à l'incinération, à travers le compartiment, vers la sortie (23) de celui-ci. Les gaz d'échappement chauds résultants sont ventilés vers le système de préchauffage, permettant de chauffer la farine crue, et les scories résultantes sont extraites du compartiment (9). La particularité est que les gaz qui contiennent du NO¿x? sont injectés dans le compartiment (9). Le dispositif, qui n'est pas simple en termes de caractéristiques de conception, permet néanmoins de réduire sensiblement les émissions de NO¿x? car ces émissions sont mises en contact avec du combustible : on réduit ainsi en partie la teneur en NO¿x ?dans les gaz par diverses réactions de réduction intervenant dans le processus.
