2118716 9306373 PCTABS00021 A device for withdrawing liquids (such as automotive coolant) from and delivering them to containers (such as a radiator) employs a tank (110), an air pressure control assembly (200), and a hose assembly (300). A venturi chamber (220) is used in conjunction with a source of air pressure to create a vacuum in the tank (110) to permit drawing fluids into the tank (110) via the hose assembly (300). The fluid can be subsequently pumped from the tank (110) by applying air pressure to the interior of the tank (110) to force the liquid back through the hose assembly (300). Control valves in the pressure control assembly (200) control the flow of pressurized air to determine the mode of operation. The device can be sealed off from the atmosphere with air under pressure or vacuum held in the tank (110) to permit pumping remote from the supply of pressurized air. A pressure gage (250) can be used to monitor pressure in the tank (110).
