A method for shortening the production run in a process in which a series of layers of liquid or virtually liquid material are cured by exposure to light to form an article. According to the method, at least one covering structure of which the part closest to the article closely fits the shape thereof is provided in at least one region surrounding said article (P), whereby a region of reduced disturbance is created around the article during positioning of the layers of liquid or virtually liquid material, and the length of this stage of the process is thus very substantially reduced.
Ce procédé vise à diminuer la durée du cycle de fabrication, dans un procédé où l'on solidifie par l'action de la lumière, des couches successives d'une matière liquide ou quasi-liquide pour réaliser une pièce. Selon l'invention, on construit dans au moins une zone entourant la pièce (P) au moins une structure de garnissage dont la partie la plus proche de la pièce épouse sensiblement le contour de cette dernière. On crée ainsi au voisinage de la pièce une zone de moindre perturbation lors de la mise en place des couches successives de matière liquide ou quasi-liquide, ce qui permet de réduire très sensiblement la durée de cette phase du procédé.
