The present invention advantageously provides a method for making and an apparatus for applying a chocolate coating to a confectionery to produce a confectionery with a laced appearing coating. The laced appearing coating preferably includes more than one type of chocolate, preferably two types of chocolate. Advantageously, the laced appearing coating is formed from two layers of chocolate, a foundation chocolate layer and a laced chocolate layer, thus giving the laced appearing chocolate coating a three dimensional texture.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un enrobage de chocolat et un appareil qui permet appliquer ledit enrobage de chocolat sur une confiserie afin d'obtenir une confiserie munie d'un enrobage à l'aspect entrelacé. L'enrobage à l'aspect entrelacé comprend de préférence plus d'un type de chocolat, de préférence deux types de chocolat. L'enrobage à l'aspect entrelacé de l'invention est avantageusement constitué de deux couches de chocolat, une couche de chocolat de base et une couche de chocolat entrelacée, qui confèrent une texture tridimensionnelle à l'enrobage de chocolat à l'aspect entrelacé.
