Method, apparatus, and computer readable medium for managing an electronic greeting in a telecommunication system are described. In some examples, a call from a subscriber is received via the telecommunication system. Descriptions of pre-recorded electronic content are played in the call. A selection of one or more items of the pre-recorded electronic content is received. An electronic greeting template is formed from the one or more items of the pre-recorded electronic content. The electronic greeting template is sent towards the subscriber via the telecommunication system, where the subscriber may then further manage the electronic greeting template as desired.
La présente invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un support pouvant être lu par un ordinateur pour gérer un appel électronique dans un système de télécommunication. Dans certains exemples, un appel en provenance d'un abonné est reçu par l'intermédiaire du système de télécommunication. Des descriptions de contenus électroniques enregistrés au préalable sont présentées dans l'appel. Une sélection d'un ou de plusieurs objets des contenus électroniques enregistrés au préalable est reçue. Un modèle d'appel électronique est formé à partir du ou des objets des contenus électroniques enregistrés au préalable. Le modèle d'appel électronique est envoyé vers l'abonné par l'intermédiaire du système de télécommunication, l'abonné pouvant gérer par la suite le modèle d'appel électronique comme il le souhaite.
