The Accounts Receivable System's (10) Accounts Receivable Claim (ARC) Module (200) manages the Claim Process (900) which involves identifying invoices as disputed, and sending notices of such disputes to the client for resolution through an on line communication. Upon generation of a claim, the ARS tracks the status of the claim in multiple ways and also ages disputed claim until the final resolution. The ARC module involves dispute resolution, aging, delinquency management, write-offs, recoveries and other aspects of operational functions involved in managing Accounts Receivable Claims.
