In the production of aspheric seamless capsules, seamless capsules (C1) comprising a filler covered with a coating are first provided and dried by means of dryer (12) until the solvent content of the coating becomes a given value. Subsequently, the seamless capsules are heated by heater (38) so as to semi-solate the coating. Thereafter, the heated seamless capsules are molded into given aspheric form by molding unit (52) such as compression molding equipment. Since the dried coating of spherical seamless capsules is used in semi-solated form in the above manner, the elasticity thereof is reduced and the stress relaxation time is short. Accordingly, the molding operation can be accomplished within a short period of time, and the restoration to original spherical form can be avoided. Further, the property change in semi-solated form is slight, so that the temperature control is easy. After the molding into aspheric form, any drying is not needed, or the necessity thereof is slight. Therefore, the probability of crimpling of coating surface is low, and the degree of morphological dispersion is low.
L'invention concerne la production de capsules asphériques sans joint (C1) comprenant un excipient recouvert d'un enrobage. Les capsules sont d'abord fabriquées puis séchées au moyen d'un séchoir (12) jusqu'à ce que la teneur en solvant de l'ennrobage atteigne une valeur donnée. Subséquemment, les capsules sans joint sont chauffées par un dispositif de chauffage (38) de façon à passer l'enrobage à l'état de gel semi liquéfié. Ensuite, les capsules sans joint chauffées sont moulées en une forme asphérique donnée au moyen d'un appareil à mouler (52), tel qu'un équipement de moulage par compression. Puisque l'enrobage séché des capsules sphériques sans joint est utilisé sous la forme semi liquéfiée décrite plus haut, cela réduit son élasticité et son temps de détente. En conséquence, l'opération de moulage peut être accomplie dans un bref laps de temps, et la restauration à la forme sphérique initiale peut être évitée. De plus, la modification des propriétés de la forme semi liquéfiée est légère, ce qui facilite la régulation de la température. Après moulage en forme asphérique, aucun séchage n'est nécessaire ou le séchage nécessaire est minime. Ainsi, la probabilité de gaufrage de la surface de revêtement est faible, ainsi que le degré de dispersion morphologique.
