Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une cellule à l'intérieur de laquelle se trouve l'échan- tillon, et en ce que ladite cellule contient une masse thermique dont la capacité calorifique et/ou la conduc- tibilité thermique sont notablement supérieures à celles de l'air dans les conditions normales de température et de pression.
