13 ABSTRACT METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MIXING OF LIQUID ADDITIVES WITH POLYOL When the level of polyol/additive in daily container (9) falls below a given minimum filling level, polyol (2) from container (2) and liquid additive (4) from container (3) are passed in a given fixed ratio with respect to each other by dosing pumps (5) to a mixing chamber (7) and from thence to a heat exchanger (8) to be heated to the temperature of the daily container (9), and then passed to the latter until it is topped up. Thereafter, the mixture of polyol and additive is recirculated via pipe (12) and pump (13) through the chamber (7) and heat exchanger (8) until further mixture is required to be passed into the daily container (9) which is connected to a mixing head (10) of a polyurethane foam reaction moulding apparatus.
