Apparatus for time multiplexed oversampled analog to digital modulation (700) is provided. Embodiments generally include a plurality of energy collection elements (702a and 702m) coupled to individual pixel processors (704a and 704m) preferably mounted proximate to each energy collection element. Each pixel processor shares a common block of conversion logic (720, 722, 724) to form a plurality of integration loops to process the signal generated by each enemy collection element. Specific embodiments are shown using CCD, CID, FET and charge well technologies.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de modulation analogique / numérique à multiplexage de suréchantillonnage. Des réalisations intègrent généralement une pluralité d'éléments collecteurs d'énergie couplés à des processeurs pixel à pixel montés de préférence au voisinage de chaque élément collecteur d'énergie. Les différents processeurs pixel partagent un bloc commun de logique de conversion permettant de réaliser une pluralité de boucles d'intégration destinées au traitement du signal généré par chaque élément collecteur d'énergie. Certaines réalisations mettent en oeuvre les technologies CCD (système à transfert de charge), CID (circuit à injection de charge), FET (transistor à effet de champ) et puits de charge.
