Method and apparatus for cooling molded plastic pieces preferably includes a take out structure/step configured to hold the plurality of plastic parts oriented such that closed ends thereof are disposed toward an inside of the take out structure and open ends thereof are disposed toward an outside of the take out structure. A movement structure/step is configured to cause relative movement between the take out structure and at least one of a first cooling station and a second cooling station. The first cooling station includes a first cooling structure/step configured to provide a cooling fluid to an inside of the plurality of plastic parts through the open ends thereof. The second cooling station includes a second cooling structure/step configured to provide a cooling fluid to an inside of the plurality of plastic parts through the open ends thereof.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour refroidir des pièces en plastique moulées, le procédé ou le dispositif comprenant de préférence respectivement une structure ou une étape d'extraction (13) conçue pour permettre le retrait de la pluralité de pièces en plastique orientées de sorte que leurs extrémités fermées sont disposées vers une partie interne de la structure d'extraction (13) et leurs extrémités ouvertes sont disposées vers une partie externe de la structure d'extraction. Une structure/étape de déplacement est conçue pour provoquer le mouvement relatif entre la structure d'extraction (13) et au moins une première station de refroidissement et une seconde station de refroidissement. La première station de refroidissement (20) comprend une première structure/étape de refroidissement conçue pour permettre l'apport d'un liquide de refroidissement à l'intérieur de la pluralité de pièces en plastique par leurs extrémités ouvertes. La seconde station de refroidissement (22) comprend une seconde structure/étape de refroidissement conçue pour permettre l'apport d'un liquide de refroidissement à l'intérieur de la pluralité de pièces en plastique par leurs extrémités ouvertes.
