The invention relates to a method of pressing pressing-material mats during the production of wood-material panels in a continuous press, wherein the continuous press has upper and lower heating plates, upper and lower entry plates, which project on the entry side and form an entry mouth, and, in the upper and lower parts of the press, endlessly circulating steel pressing belts which, with the interposition of rolling bars, are supported on the entry plates and the heating plates, wherein the height h0 of the entry gap and, possibly, the entry contour of the entry mouth are set, and wherein a pressing-material mat, which is produced, and possibly pretreated, in a spreading station arranged upstream of the press, is introduced into the continuous press and pressed therein. This method is characterized in that the entry-gap height is checked, set and/or regulated in dependence on the density and/or the weight per unit area of the pressing-material mat.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour comprimer des nattes de matériau comprimable au cours de la fabrication de panneaux en matériau dérivé du bois dans une presse continue. La presse continue présente : des plaques chauffantes supérieure et inférieure ; des plaques d'admission supérieure et inférieure qui font saillie du côté d'admission en formant une embouchure d'admission ; et des bandes de pressage en acier qui circulent sans fin dans la partie supérieure et dans la partie inférieure de la presse, bandes qui sont soutenues sur les plaques d'admission et sur les plaques chauffantes avec intercalation de barres rotatives. On règle la hauteur h0 de la fente d'admission et éventuellement le contour d'admission de l'embouchure d'admission, et on introduit et on comprime dans la presse continue une natte de matériau comprimable qui est produite dans un poste de dispersion placé en amont de la presse et éventuellement prétraitée. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que la hauteur de la fente d'admission est contrôlée, réglée et/ou régulée en fonction de la densité ou encore du poids par unité de surface de la natte de matériau comprimable.
