A computer-implemented method of generating an input to be used by a classifying apparatus based on an electronic document comprising a plurality of elements, said method comprising: analyzing said electronic document to obtain one or more of said elements together with information about their corresponding position in said document; generating an electronic layout document to be used as said input of said classifying apparatus, said electronic layout document comprising: a representation of a plurality of said elements obtained in said analyzing step together with information representing their absolute and/or relative position in said electronic document.

La présente invention concerne un procédé mis en oeuvre par ordinateur permettant de générer une entrée destinée à être utilisée par un appareil de classement fondé sur un document électronique comprenant une pluralité d'éléments. Ce procédé consiste: à analyser ce document électronique de façon à obtenir un ou plusieurs de ces éléments ainsi que des informations concernant leur position correspondante dans ce document, à générer un document électronique de mise en page destiné à être utilisé sous forme d'entrée de cet appareil de classement, ce document électronique de mise en page comprenant une représentation d'une pluralité de ces éléments obtenus à l'étape d'analyse avec les informations représentant leur position relative et/ou absolue dans ce document électronique.
