The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for processing organic material, the method employing at least two reactors (1, 2) and comprising the steps of combining carbon dioxide or carbon-dioxide containing gas and ammonia or ammonia-containing material in a first reactor to form a buffer compound/buffer compounds, then feeding the buffer compound or buffer compounds formed in the first reactor (1) into a second reactor (2), and performing bioconversion on organic material in the second reactor. In that case, the carbon dioxide of the mixed carbon dioxide gas reacts with the ammonia, forming a buffer compound, such as ammonium bicarbonate and/or ammonium carbonate.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour traiter une matière organique, le procédé utilisant au moins deux réacteurs (1, 2) et comprenant les stades de combinaison de dioxyde de carbone ou d'un gaz contenant du dioxyde de carbone et de l'ammonium ou d'un matériau contenant de l'ammonium dans un premier réacteur à des fins de formation d'un ou plusieurs composés tampons, puis d'alimentation d'un ou plusieurs composés tampons formés dans le premier réacteur (1) dans un deuxième réacteur (2), et de bioconversion de la matière organique dans le deuxième réacteur. Dans ce cas, le dioxyde de carbone du gaz mixte contenant du dioxyde de carbone réagit avec l'ammonium de manière à former un composé tampon tel qu'un bicarbonate d'ammonium et/ou un carbonate d'ammonium.
