A method of producing synchronous belts having two or more tracks of teeth extending obliquely from the belt. The method includes forming an internal drum mold from a series of concentric rings (2B), building a belt sleeve around the drum mold, vulcanizing the belt assembly, cutting the belt sleeve into widths and removing drum rings from the belt sections.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de courroies synchrones comportant au moins deux voies de crantage où les dents sont en oblique par rapport à la courroie. Le procédé consiste à former un tambour intérieur de moulage à l'aide d'une série de bagues concentriques (2B), à réaliser un manchon de courroies autour du moule tambour, à vulcaniser l'ensemble courroie, à découper des largeurs de manchon de courroies, et à retirer des sections de courroies les bagues du tambour.
