A method for a production of a laminated metal sheet which can reduce the ratio of pinholes being caused in a synthetic resin film (the incidence of pinholes) in deep drawing forming of a laminated metal sheet is provided. In order to accomplish this, a method for a production of laminated metal sheet comprising superimposing the heated metal sheet 7 on the synthetic resin film 23 unwound from a film through one pair of laminating rolls 21 and 21 and the two to be laminated with each other, the laminating process is carried out in the laminating chamber 1 in which the concentration of fine particles having a mean particle diameter exceeding 3 µm is kept below 100 pieces/ft3.

Procédé permettant de produire une tôle plaquée ayant un revêtement de résine synthétique susceptible de présenter moins de piqûres quand elle est soumise à un emboutissage. Le procédé comprend une étape durant laquelle on fait passer une tôle chauffée (7) et une couche de résine synthétique non enroulée (23) dans une paire de cylindres de stratification (21, 21), de façon à produire une tôle plaquée sous pression. Cette étape se déroule dans une chambre de placage (1) dans laquelle on maintient en-dessous de 100 particules/pied<3> la concentration en particules fines ayant un diamètre particulaire moyen supérieur à 3 mu m.
