A method and apparatus for providing authorized remote access to one or more application sessions includes a client node, a collection agent, a policy engine, and a session server. The client node requests access to a resource. The collection agent gathers information about the client node. The policy engine receives the gathered information, and makes an access control decision based on the received information. The session server establishes a connection between a client computer operated by the user and the one or more application sessions associated with the user of the client node identified in response to the received information.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de fourniture d'accès à distance autorisé à une ou plusieurs sessions d'application. Le système comprend: un noeud client, un agent de collecte, un moteur de politiques et un serveur de sessions. Le noeud client demande à accéder à une ressource. L'agent de collecte recueille des informations concernant le noeud client. Le moteur de politiques reçoit les informations recueillies et prend une décision de contrôle d'accès fondée sur les informations reçues. Le serveur de sessions établit une connexion entre un ordinateur client piloté par l'utilisateur et une ou plusieurs sessions d'application associées à l'utilisateur du noeud client identifié consécutivement aux informations reçues.
