A method for purifying air and water comprises the steps of introducing air from the interior of an indoor institution into a cyclone, mixing the air from the cyclone with ozone gas to form an air-ozone mixture and discharging said air-ozone mixture into the water within a sterilizing chamber to form fine bubbles. The air passed through the water is fed into the indoor institution and the water is introduced from a pool into the sterilizing chamber through a filter and fed within the sterilizing chamber into the pool.
