Apparatus and method for reconditioning the protective coating of a digital disc. The damaged digital disc is automatically moved between workstations by a suction member which grasps the disc at the first workstation and releases the disc at the second workstation. Each of the workstations is defined by worktools which operate on the digital disc. A feed cartridge member stores the damaged discs prior to movement of the discs into the first workstation and a receiving cartridge member stores the reconditioned discs following the final reconditioning operations at the last workstation.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé servant à remettre en état le revêtement de protection d'un disque numérique. Le disque numérique endommagé se déplace de façon automatisée entre des postes de travail, par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'aspiration qui prend en charge le disque au niveau du premier poste de travail et le relâche au niveau du deuxième poste de travail. Chacun des postes de travail est défini par des outils de travail qui agissent sur le disque numérique. Un élément de cartouche d'alimentation stocke les disques endommagés avant leur déplacement vers le premier poste de travail, et un élément de cartouche de réception stocke les disques remis en état après les opérations finales de remise en état au niveau du dernier poste de travail.
