A method and apparatus for reducing operating and maintenance costs and emissions in a chemical and/or Fluid Injection System. A first step involves providing an electronic flow controller system. The electronic flow controller system consists of three main components: 1. Electronic monitoring and control system making up control box 2. Metering chamber and 4 solenoid actuated valves making up valve assembly 3. Power supply The invention sends a series of pulses from the control box to the valve assembly by means of an electrical cable. The signals cause the valves to open and close first filling the metering chamber with fluid and then discharging fluid into desired injection points this then constitutes one cycle. The number of cycles per day would determine the amount of fluid that would be discharged into the injection point. The fluid for the system would be provided by a tank or vessel mounted on a stand to provide a gravity feed to valve assembly. Power for the system could be supplied by A.C. where available or D.C. by means of batteries and solar power. Operation of the chemical and/or Fluid Injection System is in response to external inputs such as temperature or flow monitors.
