Abstract of the Disclosure Sewage manholes having a deteriorated or defective manhole housing which is subject-to undesired ground water infiltration are rehabilitated by inserting annularly expandable tubular sleeve assemblies partially into each inflow and outflow pipe of the manhole, connecting the sleeve assemblies to one another via an annularly-closed tubular conduit or network of tubular conduits and then sealing the sleeve assemblies to the inflow and outflow pipes and to the tubular conduit or conduits to form a fluid flow path between the inflow and outflow pipes which is sealably enclosed against water infiltration and sewage exfiltration.
