In a method for reinforcing a substrate or textile of a core structure (2) of a component, for example of an aircraft or spacecraft, the following method steps are carried out: a continuous semi-finished product (6) is fed, via a feed means (12), into a cartridge (17) of a conveying means (15) which comprises a plurality of cartridges (17); the continuous semi- finished product (6) is cut to length using a cutting means (13) in order to produce a cut, reinforcing semi-finished product (7) which is received in the cartridge (17); the cartridge (17) is conveyed to a machining means (14); the cut, reinforcing semi-finished product (7) is sharpened using the machining means (14); the cartridge (17) is conveyed to a textile or substrate to be reinforced of a core structure (2); and the sharpened semi- finished product (7) is shot into the textile or substrate of a core structure (2) by a stud- shooting means (16). A corresponding device carries out the method, a component is produced by the method and/or by the device, and an aircraft or spacecraft comprises a component of this type.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour renforcer un substrat ou un textile d'une structure centrale (2) d'un composant, par exemple d'un aéronef ou d'un véhicule spatial, ce procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : l'acheminement d'un produit semi-fini continu (6) dans un étui (17) d'un dispositif de transport (15) présentant plusieurs étuis (17) au moyen d'un dispositif d'amenée (12); la coupe à longueur du produit semi-fini continu (6) au moyen d'un dispositif de sectionnement (13) pour produire un produit semi-fini (7) de renfort coupé à longueur et logé dans l'étui (17); l'acheminement de l'étui (17) jusqu'à un dispositif de façonnage (14); l'appointissage du produit semi-fini (7) de renfort coupé à longueur au moyen du dispositif de façonnage (14); l'acheminement de l'étui (17) jusqu'à un textile ou un substrat d'une structure centrale (2) à renforcer; et l'insertion du produit semi-fini (7) appointé dans le textile ou le substrat d'une structure centrale (2) au moyen d'un dispositif d'insertion à cheville (16). L'invention concerne également un dispositif correspondant permettant de mettre en oeuvre ce procédé, un composant fabriqué par ce procédé et/ou au moyen dudit dispositif, ainsi qu'un aéronef ou un véhicule spatial présentant un tel composant.
