ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method and apparatus for removing oil particles and condensate from a stream of compressed air used in the production of snow by snow-making equipment wherein the condensate is first crystallized thus allowing the oil particles to adhere thereto and thereafter the crystallized condensate and oil particles are heated in a holding zone to form a liquid which is separated from the stream of compressed air and drained therefrom.
