An apparatus for rethermalizing of a pre-cooked food product, comprising a support (14), a heating chamber (24) on the support adapted to receive a heating fluid, a controlled valve (42) for supplying heating fluid to the heating chamber, at least one rethermalizing receptacle (18A, 18B, 18C, 18D) for holding the food product, a first heater (46) for heating the heating fluid in the heating chamber, a first temperature sensor (25A) disposed in the heating chamber, a first level sensor (25) for sensing the level of the heating fluid in the heating chamber, a driving device (28A) for moving the rethermalizing receptacle from a first position outside the heating chamber to a second position within the heating chamber to rethermalize the food product, and an electronic controller (30) receiving an input from the temperature sensor and an input from the level sensor and having an output for controlling the controlled valve to maintain the level of the heating fluid in the heating chamber at a preset level.
L'invention porte sur un appareil de réchauffage de produits alimentaires précuits comprenant un support (14), une chambre de réchauffage (24) placée sur le support et destinée à recevoir un fluide chauffant, une soupape de régulation (42) fournissant ledit fluide à la chambre de réchauffage, au moins un réceptacle de réchauffe (18A, 18B, 18C et 18D) contenant le produit à réchauffer, un premier élément chauffant (46) destiné au chauffage du fluide de réchauffage de la chambre, un premier détecteur (25A) de température placé dans la chambre, un premier détecteur (25) du niveau du fluide de réchauffage dans la chambre, un système d'entraînement (28A) du réceptacle le faisant passer d'une première position extérieure à la chambre, à une deuxième position intérieure à la chambre pour réchauffer le produit alimentaire, et un régulateur électronique (30) recevant les signaux des détecteurs de température et de niveau et émettant un signal de commande de la soupape afin de maintenir le niveau du fluide du fluide de réchauffage dans la chambre.
