ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Method and apparatus for securing and stabilizing a lightweight collapsible structure that is moving along a moving work site. Anchor tracks are securely anchored along each side of a moving work site. Stability lines connected to the platform of the lightweight structure connect with the anchor tracks. In this manner the structure is more stable and less susceptable to dam- age due to adverse weather conditions or lift forces caused by the superatmospheric condition resulting from the pressure dif- ferential needed to maintain the lightweight structure in an erect position.
