ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The apparatus, system and method utilize steam to clean the exterior of laminated objects, preliminary to powder coating, as well as to effect volatilization of liquid contaminates trapped between lamina thereof. Off-gassing that would otherwise occur when the objects are heated to effect fusion of the powder deposit is thereby avoided.
