An apparatus for performing multisensory stimulation, to a participant, includes a support platform (32) for supporting the participant. A horizontal linear actuator(11) moves the support platform on a horizontal axis. A vertical linear actuator (6) moves the support platform (32) on a vertical axis. A sensory vestibular input is provided by moving the support platform in two independent axes: a horizontal axis and a vertical axis of control that can be interpolated into any dual axes motion profile of choice.
La présente invention concerne un appareil permettant d'effectuer une stimulation multisensorielle à un participant, qui comprend une plate-forme de support (32) destinée supporter ce participant. Un dispositif de commande linéaire horizontale (11) déplace la plate-forme de support sur un axe horizontal. Un dispositif de commande linéaire verticale (6) déplace la plate-forme de support (32) sur un axe vertical.
