Method and Apparatus for StitchingThere is disclosed a method for stitching, comprising penetrating a material to be stitched, delivering through the penetration an anchor, securing a first end of a thread by the anchor in the penetration, penetrating the material in a position spaced from the first penetration, delivering through the second penetration a second anchor, attaching the thread through the second penetration by the second anchor to the material, repeating the procedure as often as required until a final penetration, at which a final anchor is delivered and a second end of the thread secured by the final anchor thereto.

L'invention concerne un procédé de suture, qui consiste à perforer une matière à suturer; à insérer par la perforation une pièce d'ancrage; à utiliser la pièce d'ancrage pour attacher une première extrémité d'un fil dans la perforation; à perforer la matière à un emplacement espacé de la première perforation; à insérer par la seconde perforation une seconde pièce d'ancrage; à utiliser la seconde pièce d'ancrage pour attacher le fil à la matière à travers la seconde perforation. La procédure est répétée autant de fois que nécessaire jusqu'à une dernière perforation dans laquelle une dernière pièce d'ancrage est insérée et une seconde extrémité du fil attachée par cette dernière pièce d'ancrage.
