The invention concerns a method and an apparatus for supporting an element to be supported, in particular a patient's body. This apparatus is characterised in that it comprises a supporting device (20) with essentially only at least a closed chamber or one with controlled outflow (21), and inflow and outflow means (26) for a filling fluid, and an independent control device (40) arranged under the supporting device (20), said control device (40) comprising filling or evacuating means of the fluid for filling the chamber as well as control means (50, 41, 42) properly speaking for filling or evacuating the filling fluid. The invention simplifies the making and management of the support of an element to be supported such as a patient's body.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de support d'un élément à supporter, en particulier le corps d'un patient. Cet appareil est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de support (20) avec essentiellement seulement au moins une chambre fermée ou il échappement contrôlé (21), ainsi que des moyens d'entrée ou de sortie (26) du fluide de remplissage, et un dispositif de commande indépendant (40) disposé sous le dispositif de support (20), ledit dispositif de commande (40) comprenant les moyens de remplissage ou d'évacuation du fluide de remplissage de la chambre ainsi que les moyens de commande (50, 41 42) proprement dite du remplissage d'évacuation du fluide de remplissage. L'invention permet de simplifier la fabrication et la gestion du support d'un élément à support tel que le corps d'un patient.
