The present invention reveals a sorting system for use in manual sorting, which presents a detached ephemeral display moving in a manner corresponding to the movement of the article, by which an article to be sorted can be quickly and easily identified. To accomplish its purpose, the device comprises: feed conveyors (12a, 12b); a switching unit (30); optical readers (14a, 14b) positioned to capture destination indicia affixed to each article; a detached moving display (46) which remains close to the article to be sorted and presents information representative of the article~s destination location; a destination location which signals when a related article is approaching; and a controller capable of assigning destination locations and controlling display devices.
La présente invention porte sur un système de tri destiné à être utilisé dans le tri manuel et présente un afficheur provisoire séparé se déplaçant d'une manière correspondant au déplacement de l'article, système au moyen duquel un article à trier peut être rapidement et facilement identifié. Le dispositif comprend: des convoyeurs d'alimentation (12a, 12b); un module de commutation (30); des lecteurs optiques (14a, 14b) positionnés pour capturer des indices de destination fixés à chaque article; un afficheur mobile séparé (46) qui reste tout près de l'article à trier et porte des informations représentatives du lieu de destination de l'article; un lieu de destination qui signale l'approche d'un article correspondant et un contrôleur capable d'affecter les lieux de destination et de contrôler les afficheurs.
