A method and apparatus (10) for treatment of the skin or other biologic tissue includes the ability to subject said skin, or other tissue to temperature modulation, and radiation simultaneously. The apparatus (11) that delivers warm, or cold material to the treatment site to effect this modulation of temperature may be attached to the apparatus (17) that delivers radiation, or it may be a separate entity that could be utilized with a variety of radiation generating equipment.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil (10) pour le traitement de la peau ou de tout autre tissu biologique, permettant de soumettre ladite peau ou ledit autre tissu à une modulation de température et à un rayonnement simultané. Ledit appareil (11) qui envoie une substance chaude ou froide sur le site à traiter pour assurer cette modulation de température, peut être fixé à l'appareil (17) produisant le rayonnement, ou il peut être séparé et utilisé avec une grande variété de dispositifs de génération de rayonnement.
