The present invention provides a method and apparatus for testing an aircraft control system. The method comprises the steps of : coupling a test device (1) to a plurality of separate test points in an aircraft control system simultaneously; selecting each of the plurality of test points individually, such that the test device is enabled for electrical connection with the selected one of the plurality of test points; conducting a test on the control system at each of the plurality of test points selected with the selector means (20,22) using the test device, including detecting a signal or voltage at the test point selected with the selector means; indicating a result of the test at the selected test point to an operator.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil destinés à tester un système de commande d'aéronef. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant: à coupler simultanément un dispositif de test (1) à plusieurs points de tests séparés dans un système de commande d'aéronef; à sélectionner individuellement chaque point de test, de sorte que le dispositif de test puisse se connecter électriquement aux différents points de tests sélectionnés; à réaliser un test du système de commande au niveau de chacun des points de tests sélectionnés par les moyens de sélection (20, 22) à l'aide du dispositif de test, et à détecter un signal ou une tension au niveau du point de test sélectionné par les moyens de sélection; à donner à un utilisateur un résultat du test au niveau du point de test sélectionné.
