12,449-1 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE BLENDING OF GRANULAR MATERIALS ABSTRACT Gravity flow blending system for granular materials by use of novel internal handling means which provides for a continuous, uniform withdrawal of material from a multitude of locations in a large capacity bin. The invention utilizes basic principles of solids rheology to provide for a natural internal self-regulation which makes it possible to use this system for a wide range of material discharge rates ant granular material types.
