The invention relates to a process for the preparation of phosphoric-acid- containing solutions, in which process the solution is converted into a solid by adding aluminium compound. Said solid can readily be disposed of since it is not water-soluble. Said process is particularly suitable for preparing phosphoric-acid-containing solutions from metal processing. The invention also relates to a device (10) for carrying out the process which has a mixer tube (12) with a longitudinal axis (M), an inlet (14) and an outlet (16). In a central area, at least two fluid feed nozzles (18 and 20) open into the mixer tube inlet (14) and in relation to the inlet cross section thereof. At least one gas feed nozzle (22) arranged radially outside the fluid feed nozzle (18 and 22) also opens into the mixer tuber inlet (14). The longitudinal axis (G) of each gas feed nozzle (22) is inclined to the central longitudinal axis (M) in such a manner that the said axes do not intersect. The angle between each longitudinal axis (G) and the central longitudinal axis (M) is at least 5~.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer des solutions contenant de l'acide phosphorique, selon lequel la solution est transformée en solide par adjonction d'un composé aluminium. Ce solide peut ensuite être stocké dans des décharges, car il n'est pas soluble dans l'eau. Ce procédé convient tout particulièrement à la préparation de solutions contenant de l'acide phosphorique, issues de l'usinage de métaux. L'invention concerne également un dispositif (10) permettant de mettre ledit procédé en oeuvre, qui comprend un tube mélangeur (12) comportant un axe longitudinal (M), une entrée (14) et une sortie (16). Dans une zone centrale, au moins deux ajutages d'alimentation en liquide (18 et 20) débouchent dans l'entrée du tube mélangeur (14), de manière adaptée à la section de l'entrée dudit tube mélangeur. En outre, au moins un ajutage d'amenée de gaz (22) monté dans le sens radial, à l'extérieur des ajutages d'alimentation en liquide (18 et 22), débouche dans l'entrée (14) du tube mélangeur. L'axe longitudinal (G) de chaque ajutage d'amenée de gaz (22) est incliné par rapport à l'axe longitudinal médian (M), de manière que lesdits axes ne se recoupent pas. L'angle formé entre chaque axe longitudinal (G) et l'axe longitudinal médian (M) fait au moins 5·.
