The invention relates to a method for the inductive high-frequency welding of metal products (1, 2), in which method, with the use of at least one induction conductor (6, 7), the edge regions (11, 12), to be welded, of the metal products (1, 2) are heated by inducing high-frequency currents, the metal products (1, 2) and a welding zone (4) are moved relative to one another, the edge regions (11, 12) to be welded are brought into contact in the welding zone (4) and are welded to one another with a weld (15) being formed. In addition, the invention relates to an apparatus for the inductive high- frequency welding of metal products, comprising means for carrying out a relative movement between the metal products (1, 2) and a welding zone (4) and at least one induction conductor (6, 7) which heats the edge regions (11, 12), to be welded, of the metal products (1, 2) by inducing high-frequency currents. The object, to propose a method of the type in question for inductive high-frequency welding and a corresponding apparatus of the type in question for inductive high-frequency welding, with which method and apparatus metal products (1, 2) having different material thicknesses and/or material grades can be welded to one another in a controlled manner, is achieved in terms of the method by an induction conductor (6, 7) being used which consists of at least two component induction conductors (6, 7) which are separable from one another and which are assigned to the respective metal product (1, 2) and are adapted to the latter, and the heating of the edge regions (11, 12) to be welded is set separately for the respective metal product (1, 2).
L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage inductif à haute fréquence de produits (1, 2) métalliques selon lequel les zones (11, 12) de bordure à souder des produits métalliques (1, 2) sont chauffées par induction de courants à haute fréquence en utilisant au moins un conducteur (6, 7) d'induction, les produits (1, 2) métalliques et une zone (4) de soudage sont déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre, les zones de bordure (11, 12) à souder sont mises en contact dans la zone (4) de soudage et sont soudées ensemble en formant un cordon (15) de soudage. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de soudage inductif à haute fréquence de produits métalliques, comprenant des moyens pour réaliser un mouvement relatif entre les produits (1, 2) métalliques et une zone (4) de soudage et au moins un conducteur (6, 7) d'induction qui chauffe les zones (11, 12) de bordure à souder des produits (1, 2) métalliques en induisant des courants à haute fréquence. L'objet consistant à proposer un procédé générique de soudage inductif à haute fréquence ainsi qu'un dispositif générique correspondant pour le soudage inductif à haute fréquence, selon lequel ou lesquels des produits (1, 2) métalliques ayant des épaisseurs de matériau et/ou des qualités de matériau différentes peuvent être soudés ensemble avec un processus sécurisé est réalisé du point de vue du procédé en ce que l'on utilise un conducteur (6, 7) d'induction qui se compose d'au moins deux conducteurs (6, 7) d'induction partiels pouvant être séparés l'un de l'autre, affectés au produit (1, 2) métallique correspondant et adaptés à celui-ci et en ce que le chauffage des zones (11, 12) de bordure à souder du produit (1, 2) métallique correspondant est réglé séparément.
