The method of manufacturing a razor head component comprises: (a) providing a strip (34) of material elongated along a first direction, having a first portion (35) comprising a first edge, a second portion (39) comprising a second edge, and an intermediate portion (36), (b) bending the intermediate portion of a part of said strip about a bending axis parallel to the first di- rection, (c) fixing a razor blade (66) onto the second portion (39) of said part.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un composant de tête de rasoir qui comporte : (a) la disposition d'une bande (34) de matériau allongé selon une première direction, présentant une première partie (35) qui comporte un premier bord, une seconde partie (39) qui comporte un second bord, et une partie intermédiaire (36), (b) la courbure de la partie intermédiaire d'un segment de ladite bande selon un axe de courbure parallèle à la première direction, (c) la fixation d'une lame de rasoir (66) sur la seconde partie (39) dudit segment.
