Mechanical actuation of valves in flexible fluidic structures allows for the regulation of fluid flow. In accordance with the disclosure herein, a fluidic structure is provided wherein mechanical actuation is conferred using a pin to actuate a flexible layer to occlude fluid flow in a fluid channel.

L'invention concerne l'actionnement mécanique de soupapes dans des structures fluidiques souples. Cet actionnement permet de réguler l'écoulement du fluide. Selon l'invention, dans une structure fluidique, un actionnement mécanique s'effectue à l'aide d'une tige pour actionner une couche souple pour arrêter l'écoulement fluidique s'écoulant dans un canal fluidique.
