ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a method for the optimum stabilization of transformer and choke coil windings, which com- prises pressing at least one winding in a drying furnace at con- stant pressure during the entire drying process, and each winding is subjected to the pressure required in each case, which can be different for each winding. In this manner, considerable savings in time, energy and labour can be achieved.
