ABSTRACT Apparatus to register, one with regard to the other, the cut- ting and ejecting tools of a die-cutting press comprising a templet (76) provided with a fixed,rectilinear stop (90) destined to bear and position the cutting form (14), a grooved stop (94) mounted on a shiftable bar (92) to be adjusted by means of setting screws (98), destined to bear and position a first or a second ejection tool (24) with regard to the cutting tool (14). The templet (76) is provided with a plura- lity of holes (84, 86 and 88) into which drilling guides (89) have been inserted. A holding bar (104) enables the tightening of the various tools against the templet (76) during their respective drilling operations.
