The present disclosure relates to an inkjet printing system that includes an inkjet printhead having a plurality of electrical contacts: address contacts and enable contacts for enabling drop generators (42) and drive current contacts for providing drive current to enable drop generators for selectively ejecting ink therefrom. The printing device provides periodic address signals (A(1-13)) and enable signals (E(1-2)) to the address and enable contacts one the printhead. In addition, the printing device selectively applies drive current (P(1-16)) to accomplish forming images on print media. Each individual heating element (44) is controlled by a drive circuit comprising three FET (48, 50, 52). By controlling the first and second signals E(1) and E(2), and the adress signal (A(1)) the switching device (48) is selectively actived to conduct current through the heating element (44) if drive current is present from drive source (P(1)).
L'invention concerne un système d'impression à jet d'encre comprenant une tête d'impression comportant plusieurs contacts électriques: des contacts d'adressage, des contacts d'activation permettant d'activer des générateurs de gouttes (42), et des contacts de courant de commande permettant au courant de commande de provoquer l'éjection d'encre par des générateurs de goutte. Le dispositif d'impression envoie des signaux d'adressage périodiques (A(1-13)) et des signaux d'activation (E(1-2)) aux contacts d'adressage et d'activation situés sur la tête d'impression. En outre, le dispositif d'impression utilise sélectivement un circuit de commande (P(1-16)) afin de réaliser des formations d'images sur un support d'impression. Chaque élément individuel de chauffage (44) est commandé par un circuit pilote comportant trois transistors à effet de champ (48, 50, 52).
