The present invention relates to a method for transporting one or more sausages provided with a suspension member into a treatment room, wherein the sausages are placed in a holder (2) in a desired position, and wherein a predetermined number of holders with the sausages therein are disposed adjacently of each other in the desired position, so that a stick (10) or tube can be inserted through the holders in order to allow the sausages to be transported to the treatment room and to remain there adjacently of each other.
L'invention concerne un procédé de transport d'une ou plusieurs saucisses, pourvu d'un élément de suspension disposé dans une chambre de traitement, lesdites saucisses étant placées dans un support (2) dans une position souhaitée. Un nombre prédéterminé de supports, à l'intérieur desquels se trouve une saucisse, est disposé de manière adjacente les uns aux autres dans ladite position souhaitée, de sorte qu'une barre (10) ou un tube puisse être inséré(e) à travers lesdits supports, afin de pouvoir transporter lesdites saucisses vers la chambre de traitement et de les maintenir de manière adjacente les unes aux autres.
