A full ECG curve is received by a central module. The central module is worn on the belt like a cellular or a pager. It is made of four different devices operating together: a handheld computer, a GPS, a cellular board and a multiplexing device. The system wirelessly receives the complete cardiac curve from the ECG (preferably a wearable wireless ECG monitoring system) and is able to distinguish not only the beat rate, but also any abnormal heart contractions. Base points of the ECG are extracted and processed to ditect a trend occurrence in the ECG. In case of problem detected by the central unit, the system automatically calls a central station and can send the GPS positioning and ECG monitoring of the patient with the detected anomaly data. Voice communication with the patient or the passers by is also possible.
La présente invention a trait à un procédé dans lequel une courbe d'électrocardiogramme complète est reçue par un module central. Le module central est porté à la ceinture comme un téléphone cellulaire ou un radiomessageur. Il est constitué de quatre dispositifs fonctionnant conjointement : un ordinateur portatif, un système d'orientation universel, un tableau cellulaire et un dispositif de multiplexage. Le système reçoit en communication sans fil une courbe cardiaque complète en provenance de l'électrocardiogramme (de préférence, un système portable d'électrocardiogramme de surveillance sans fil) et est apte à distinguer non seulement le rythme cardiaque, mais également toutes contractions cardiaques anormales. Des points de référence de l'électrocardiogramme sont extraits et traités afin de détecter l'apparition d'une tendance dans l'électrocardiogramme. En cas de détection de problème par l'unité centrale, le système appelle automatiquement une station centrale et peut transmettre le positionnement en GPS et la surveillance d'électrocardiogramme du patient avec les données d'anomalie détectées. La communication vocale avec le patient ou avec des passants est également possible.
